Everyone makes tea their own special way, but here’s how we’d recommend getting the most from your cuppa:
Boil fresh water from the tap, as boiling water more than once reduces the oxygen level. You want more oxygen in the water as this helps flavour! Top tip!
Pour the hot water over your pyramid® bag. The unique shape acts like a mini teapot, giving the leaves more room to move.
Give it a few minutes! Patiently wait for the tea leaves to infuse their flavour – we’d recommend 2-3 minutes, if you can wait that long!
Squeeze the bag. This releases that extra bit of flavour if you like a stronger brew.
Make it your own. Add a splash of milk, or perhaps some sugar. If you prefer dairy alternatives – try our special PG tips Perfect with Dairy-Free blend which complements the taste.
